Tim Cone is bringing his entire arsenal for his Gilas Pilipinas head coaching return.
The 25-time PBA champion coach is bringing his trusted confidants to his staff for the 19th Asian Games.
Headlining his assistant coaches is LA Tenorio.
The Gilas legend, who is a four-time PBA Finals Most Valuable Player, has been sidelined due to undergoing chemotherapy.
Now, the 39-year-old floor general, who was an assistant coach for Colegio de San Juan de Letran the past four years, will return to the national team albeit in a different capacity.
Also joining Cone’s staff is Ginebra deputy Richard Del Rosario, who was also at his side during the 30th Southeast Asian Games.
Jong Uichico and Josh Reyes will also be back for Gilas duty.
Uichico served as an assistant to Tab Baldwin and Chot Reyes during the last cycle of Gilas.
San Miguel Corporation sports director Alfrancis Chua will serve as team manager while PBA commissioner Willie Marcial will be the deputy team manager.
