Kiefer Ravena, Mikee Reyes host Chooks-to-Go/NBTC 24 Season 2

After a successful first season, the Chooks-to-Go/National Basketball Training Center 24 is back for a second run.

This time around, a couple of NBTC alumni will bring the lowdown on the latest happenings in the world of high school basketball.

Kiefer Ravena (NBTC, 2007) will join Mikee Reyes (NBTC, 2008) as hosts of the new season that will showcase the best of the best in the NCAA, CESAFI, and UAAP Juniors Basketball competition.

Aside from the addition of Ravena, this season will also have a new segment: The Top Five Plays of the Week.

Last season, the Chooks-to-Go NBTC 24 was introduced with the top 24 high school prospects earning a chance to play in the NBTC All-Star Game.

The players were weeded out by the “Selection Squad”, a panel that includes statistician Pong Ducanes, Norman Riego of ABS-CBN Sports, Reuben Terrado and Randolph Leongson of Spin.ph, Matthew Li of Tiebreaker Times, Yo Sarmenta of ESPN5, and Jonas Panerio of Cebu, all of whom ranked the best student-athletes in the high school circuit.

In addition, the show will feature weekly updates on the latest news in high school basketball and will see numerous guests to reflect on their NBTC experience.

The online show will be broadcasted every Monday at 6:00pm on Chooks-to-Go Pilipinas and SM NBTC League Facebook pages starting on July 16.
