Justine Dorog’s transition to full-time coaching with Farm Fresh

At just the young age of 25, Justine Dorog has decided to hang up her sneakers.

Dorog announced on Wednesday that she will be coaching full-time, serving as assistant coach to Jerry Yee at Farm Fresh beginning in the 2024 PVL season.

The spiker out of Catmon, Cebu already feels fulfilled after playing at all levels in competitive volleyball in the country.

“I think nagawa ko na lahat ng gusto ko gawin as a player,” her statement read.

“It’s time to transition to coaching full-time.

“I’ll be a part of the Farm Fresh coaching staff and at the same time, may hawak akong high school team,” she continued.

Dorog was one of the key recruits of Yee during his time at University of the Philippines in 2015.

She then played for Chery Tiggo and Gerflor before being reunited with Yee last season.

Now, she gets to pass on the knowledge she has gained throughout the years to the next generation of Foxies.

“I’m very passionate about this. I love sharing everything I learned while playing. I’ll focus on this and watch the young ones shine from the sidelines.”
