JRU-San Sebastian game postponed as Heavy Bombers remain under protocols

Jose Rizal University’s return to the NCAA hardcourt will have to wait anew.

With some Heavy Bombers still testing positive for COVID-19 in another round of tests on Thursday, the league has no other choice but to postpone their game against San Sebastian College-Recoletos scheduled on Friday.

The game between Colegio de San Juan de Letran and Arellano University will still take place at 3:00 PM.

JRU has yet to finish its first round campaign as the team has been experiencing COVID woes since two weeks ago.

Currently, the Heavy Bombers are 5-2 in the standings.

The Heavy Bombers will have to undergo another round of tests on Saturday to see if they are fit to play on Sunday against the Chiefs.
