Prolific shooter Josh Hart will complete the 12-man roster of Team USA for the 2023 FIBA World Cup.
USA Basketball made the announcement on Monday (Manila time).
Hart, 28, is a 6-foot-5 guard who currently plays for New York.
Last season, he averaged 9.78 points, 7.80 rebounds, 3.82 assists, and 1.16 steals in 51 games played for Portland and 25 games for the Knicks.
He joins fellow Knick Jalen Brunson in Team USA.
Leading Team USA for the global meet is a trio of All-Stars – Brandon Ingram, Anthony Edwards, and Tyrese Haliburton.
Reigning Rookie of the Year Paolo Banchero of Orlando is also part of the team.
Completing the squad are Mikal Bridges, Bobby Portis, Austin Reaves, Jaren Jackson Jr., Walker Kessler, and Cam Johnson.
USA is slotted in Pool C with Jordan, Greece, and New Zealand.
Their group phase games will be played at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.
