To help out the medical workers battling the coronavirus, Jaja Santiago is offering fans the opportunity to own memorable pieces of her ascent to stardom.
The Saitama Ageo Medics reinforcement has auctioned off 10 game-worn jerseys across her young yet illustrious career to Every Little Thing Counts, a fund-raising drive spearheaded by Jia Morado and beau Miguel de Guzman to provide frontliners with personal protective equipment.
Santiago’s threads came from her stints with National University in the collegiate scene; Foton and PLDT Home Ultera in the pro circuit; and the Philippine Women’s National Volleyball Team.

Aby Maraño — one of the pillars of the country in recent international tilts — also put up her tricolor squad uniform for bidding.
Another veteran in Jem Ferrer of the BanKo Perlas Spikers has also donated to the cause, while youthful Adamson stalwarts Louie Romero, Rizza Cruz, and Lorene Toring have done their part as well.
The starting bid of each jersey is at PHP 1,200. Those who want to participate in the auction can place their bids until April 10 at 12 noon.
Support continues to pour on Morado’s campaign. As of April 2, 2020, it has now raised a total amount of PHP 462,333.19, almost a sixth of which comes from the auction proceeds.
