Jack Animam, SHU hardly break a sweat, notch win no. 9 in UBA

Jack Animam and Shih Hsin University pounded National Taiwan University into oblivion in the 2020-21 University Basketball Alliance Tournament, taking a dominant 92-46 win, Friday evening at the National Taiwan University Gym.

Animam only played 20 minutes in the contest, tallying 12 points, six rebounds, and two steals.

Still, her team hardly needed her services, with the game already a rout in the first half. SHU limited NTU to just seven first quarter points, and just nine in the second.

All in all, the 4-5 NTU only had two triples in the game while committing 39 errors.

Lin Die led the Tigers in the scoring department with 17 points alongside five rebounds, three steals, and two assists. Lin Yuhua and Xie Jinwan chipped in 11 markers each.

The Tigers are now 9-0 in the standings. They can net win no. 10 against Cultural University on Saturday.

Junior Shao Yu led the way for NTU with 12 points and seven boards, while Wu Weiru had 12 markers as well.
