The coaching carousel continues in the Philippine Superliga
After a one year stint with the Cignal HD Spikers, decorated tactician George Pascua will take over the vacant head coaching mantle of the Sta. Lucia Lady Realtors, the team announced Saturday afternoon.

Pascua will be the team’s fourth head coach in four conferences.
Macky Carino was the team’s head coach during the Invitational Cup followed by his mentor Sammy Acaylar during the All-Filipino Conference. Jerry Yee followed suit during the Grand Prix before deciding to move to V-League team Total.
During their maiden campaign, the Lady Realtors struggled in all three conferences. Sta. Lucia went winless during the Invitational Cup before finishing in sixth place during the All-Filipino and Grand Prix.
Pascua, who is currently the head coach of the Far Eastern University Lady Tamaraws, had a downhill stint with Cignal.
After steering the team to the top during the Invitational Cup, the HD Spikers were able to salvage bronze in the All-Filipino Conference after defeating the Foton Tornadoes in the battle for third. However, things went sour during their injury-riddled Grand Prix campaign as they were stunned by the Cocolife Asset Managers in the quarterfinals.
With Pascua steering the wheel, the Lady Realtors will enter the Grand Prix with high hopes.
