Four more mixed martial arts bouts were added to ONE Championship’s next show, ONE: Reign of Dynasties.
Amir Khan and inaugural ONE Strawweight World Champion Dejdamrong Sor Amnuaysirichoke will both make appearances at the closed-door event on October 9.
After a rough stretch in 2019, Khan looks for a new start as he battles Rahul “The Kerala Krusher” Raju in a lightweight clash.
A KO win from Khan would make him the promotion’s resident knockout king. He currently shares that record with reigning ONE Lightweight World Champion Christian “The Warrior” Lee, with eight apiece.
His Evolve MMA teammate, Eko Roni Saputra, also looks to impress when he takes on debuting Malaysian boxing champion Murugan “Wolverine” Silvarajoo.
Saputra is currently two for two in The Home Of Martial Arts. Another win here could elevate his stature in a weight class loaded with hungry contenders.
Dejdamrong, on the other hand, battles China Top Team’s “Wolf Of The Grasslands” Hexigetu in a strawweight mixed martial arts bout.
The Thai — a multi-time Lumpinee Stadium World Champion — found his second wind in the promotion, winning three of his last four bouts in impressive fashion.
He has recently come off a TKO win over Muhammad “The Spider” Imran. A win here could throw him back into the mix of the weight class he once ruled.
In the curtain-raiser, Indian wrestling champion Roshan Mainam battles ONE Hefei Flyweight Tournament Champion Liu Peng Shuai.
