For his 18th birthday, EJ Laure’s long-time partner Bugoy Carino made sure to make it special.
Before the clock struck midnight that marked the end of his celebration, the child actor expressed his gratefulness and undying love to both EJ and their two-year-old daughter Scarlet.
“Happy to have a family na mahal na mahal ako. Pagsisikapan ko pong itaguyod ang blessing na ito. Thank you for your unending support and I love you both, Mommy EJ and Baby Scarlet!”
This has brought the end to rumors that hounded Laure during the past couple of years.
Two years ago, EJ skipped both UAAP Seasons 80 and 81, citing nagging injuries. However, rumors persisted that she and Carino were carrying a child.
EJ eventually got back to volleyball form, returning to UST for the short-lived Season 82 tournament.
Laure also professed her gratitude to Carino in a separate post.
“Happy birthday, Mahal Thank you sa lahat ng ginawa at ginagawa mo para sa amin ni Baby Scarlet! We love you so much, daddy!,” read the 23-year-old Laure’s post.
