Edward Camposano transfers to NU

UAAP Season 77 Rookie of the Year Edward Camposano has moved across the U-Belt, taking his talents from the University of the East Red Warriors to the National University Bulldogs.

NU head coach Dante Alinsunurin confirmed the news to Tiebreaker Times.

“Yes, lumipat na siya sa amin,” said the decorated mentor via SMS.

In his three years with the UE Red Warriors, Camposano won just one UAAP match — a four-setter against the Adamson University Soaring Falcons in Season 79.

The Red Warriors recently underwent several changes, including hiring Sammy Acaylar as head coach in the offseason. They also lost open hitter Vince Abrot to the College of Saint Benilde Blazers.

Camposano will play in Season 81 and will still have two years of eligibility.
