Demonkite can’t wait to face RRQ as Nathzz looks to ‘crush’ R7

Now with the opportunity right in front of them, defending MPL Philippines titlist RSG PH is looking to make the most out of its upper bracket finals series against reigning MPL Indonesia champion RRQ Hoshi.

The Filipinos recently swept Orange Esports to enter the upper bracket finale where RRQ Hoshi is already waiting after taking out Todak last Wednesday.

According to RSG PH jungler Jhonard “Demonkite” Caranto, the team really wanted to face off against the Indonesian powerhouse in the previous ONE Esports MPL Invitational.

Unfortunately, they were eliminated in the quarterfinals while RRQ Hoshi bowed out during the semis.

“We really want to fight against RRQ Hoshi because in the MPLI, we didn’t have the chance to fight against them and that’s our first international tournament,” said RSG PH jungler Jhonard “Demonkite” Caranto after the team swept the Malaysian squad.

“Now is our second international tournament… so we really want to fight RRQ Hoshi in our second tournament,” he added.

Demonkite also said that he is looking forward to facing Albert Neilsen “Alberttt” Iskandar – a player that he considers one of the top MLBB players in the scene. Meanwhile, Nathanael “Nathzz” Estrologo already warned Rivaldi “R7” Fatah about their upcoming showdown in the experience lane.

“For me, Albert because we know that Alberttt is a good player and one of the top junglers in MLBB so I think Alberttt,” said Demonkite.

“I think R7. I feel excited [because] I want to crush R7 in our next match,” added Nathanael “Nathzz” Estrologo.

The RSG PH-RRQ Hoshi upper bracket match will be on Saturday at 11:00 AM.
