Debuting Jhanlo Sangiao, three other Team Lakay stars to compete in ONE: Winter Warriors


Jhanlo Sangiao will close out the year by making his ONE Championship debut.

The son of Team Lakay head coach Mark will make his first-ever pro fight on ONE: Winter Warriors II which will air this December from the Singapore Indoor Stadium.

Also set to make his ONE debut on the same card is former BRAVE CF champion Stephen Loman.

Loman will go up against no. 3-ranked bantamweight Yusup Saadulaev.

Belingon will be looking to get back on the winning track when he takes on South Korea’s “Pretty Boy” Kwon Won Il while Kingad will be going up against no. 4-ranked contender and former flyweight king Kairat Akhmetov of Kazakhstan.

“We are honored by the trust that ONE Championship has placed in Team Lakay,” Coach Mark said. “This is a huge opportunity for us to close the year on a positive note, and we are very proud to represent the Philippines on the biggest global stage of martial arts competition.
