Blacklist gets chance to exact vengeance on Geek Fam INA come MPLI


Blacklist International is out for revenge in the upcoming Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League Invitational.

Coach Kristoffer “BON CHAN” Ricaplaza picked up Geek Fam Indonesia – the same team that ousted them in the previous edition last year – in their bracket along with Cambodia’s See You Soon, Malaysia’s Todak, and Indonesia’s Bigetron Alpha.

Over in Team SMG’s bracket, Filipino powerhouses ONIC PH and Omega will face as early as the first round. Indonesia’s EVOS Legends and RRQ Hoshi complete the cast.

MPL Indonesia titlist ONIC Esports picked RSG SG, RSG PH, ECHO, and Aura, respectively, while MPL Singapore champion EVOS SG selected Rebellion Genflix and Alter Ego of Indonesia, Nexplay EVOS of Philippines, and Orange Esports of Malaysia.

In the 2019 edition, Alter Ego won it all after sweeping eventual world champions Bren Esports in the best-of-five grand finals.

The tournament, which has a prize pool of US$100,000, will open on November 2, Tuesday.
