French national basketball team wing man Nicolas Batum said after France’s 93-84 win over Gilas Pilipinas in the 2016 FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournament on Tuesday night that he is still unsure of playing in his team’s next game.
“I don’t know yet. Soon, I hope,” Batum said.

Batum, who recently agreed to a new deal with the Charlotte Hornets in the NBA, did not play against Gilas, as France went with only 11 men.
French wingers Kim Tillie and former NBA pro Mickael Gelabale stepped up for Batum, combining for 18 points, including crucial baskets that halted Gilas’ momentum.
France will next play New Zealand on Wednesday, July 6.
