The NeoPhoenix fell to 4-24 with the loss, losing their sixth straight game.
It was a struggle for San-En right from the get-go, shooting just 6-of-19 from the field for 16 points while allowing the Crane Thunders to put up 27 points.
The NeoPhoenix closed out the game going just 4-of-16 from the field in the final frame, falling behind by as much as 35 points, 99-64, after two free throws by Ryo Yamazaki.
Gunma, who went up to 12-17, saw five Crane Thunders score in double-figures.
Michael Parker led the way with 24 points on 10-of-13 shooting from the field with eight rebounds and three blocks.
For his part, Trey Jones tallied a triple-double with 16 points, 16 assists, and 10 rebounds. Justin Keenan and Ryo Yamazaki got 13 points apiece while Aki Chambers had 10 points.
Robert Carter and Thirdy Ravena were the two double-digit scorers for San-En with the former finishing with 13 points while the latter adding 12.
San-En will next face Ryukyu this weekend at Okinawa Arena.
