B.League: Paras goes scoreless for first time as Niigata absorbs 16th straight loss

Kobe Paras has hit rock bottom in the ongoing 2021-22 B.League season.

The 6-foot-6 Filipino winger went scoreless for the first time as Niigata’s skid continued, suffering a 59-90 loss against Shimane, Wednesday at Matsue City Gymnasium.

Paras went 0-of-5 from the field and did not attempt a single free throw. He had three rebounds and one turnover.

Albirex’s league-worst skid extended to 16 games to fall to 2-16. The Susanoo Magic, on the other hand, return to the win column — rising to 13-6.

Paras and Niigata look to get back on track this weekend when they host Hiroshima.
