Allyn Bulanadi lights it up as Valencia City-Baste deals Wangs 32-point beating

Firing on all cylinders, Valencia City-San Sebastian tore Wangs Basketball into shreds with a 96-64 mauling of Wangs Basketball in the 2019 PBA D-League Tuesday at JCSGO Gym in Cubao.

The Golden Harvest’s 18-0 opening salvo spelled doom for the Couriers as Allyn Bulanadi and RK Ilagan led the charge for their side, which even extended the lead to as much as 33, 60-27, at the half.

Bulanadi uncorked 28 points, seven rebounds, and two steals, as Ilagan scored nine of his 13 points in the first half.

Ken Villapando provided support with his 15 points and five rebounds, while JM Calma nabbed a double-double of 10 points, 11 rebounds, and two blocks in the bounce back win for Valencia-SSCR.

“Ang importante ngayon, the boys executed our game plan and ang ganda ng depensa namin, said coach Egay Macaraya as the Golden Harvest limited the Couriers to just 35-percent shooting clip to rebound from their 71-65 loss to CEU last March 19.

Ronan Santos led Wangs (3-2) with 15 points and eight rebounds, as Radge Tongco had 12.

Arvin Tolentino was held to just two points despite grabbing 12 boards as the Couriers’ two-game win streak came to a screeching halt.
