F2 Logistics romps Cocolife for 6th win


The F2 Logistics Cargo Movers made short work of the Cocolife Asset Managers for their sixth win of the 2018 Chooks to Go-Philippine Superliga All-Filipino Conference, 25-12, 25-15, 25-17, at the Caloocan Sports Complex.

Michelle Morente stepped in for the resting Kianna Dy and led the Cargo Movers with 13 points off 10 attacks and three aces. Aby Maraño added 12 markers, four which came off blocks.

F2 Logistics head coach Ramil De Jesus remained staunch in his belief that his team’s health will be key moving forward.

“May mga iniindi ‘yung mga players na maliliit na injury so kailangan lang namin na lubusin ‘yung mga pahinga,” said three-time PSL champion De Jesus.

Fil-American sensation Kalei Mau was again the lone double-digit scorer for Cocolife, tallying 12 points.

F2 Logistics improved their record to 6-2. They face Generika-Ayala, the team that handed them an upset in the first round, on Thursday at the Bacoor Strike Gym. The Asset Managers (1-7) face Cignal (4-3), also on Thursday.
