Vic Manuel is back in the PBA.
After spending the past nine months with Pangasinan in the MPBL, the 38-year-old bruiser from Nueva Ecija has signed a “short-term deal” with Converge.
Agent Danny Espiritu confirmed the development to Tiebreaker Times.
Manuel had opted not to renew his contract with Terrafirma last February, instead choosing to join Pangasinan.
The 6-foot-4 forward made an impact during the 2025 MPBL season, averaging 13.5 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 1.2 assists across 33 games.
He led Pangasinan to the North Division finals before the team was swept by Abra Solid North.
Now, Manuel joins Converge, a team still vying for a twice-to-beat advantage in the 2025–26 PBA Philippine Cup.
The FiberXers have dropped their last two games, slipping to a 6–4 record with one game remaining — a showdown against the NLEX Road Warriors on Wednesday.
Manuel adds depth to a talented frontline that already features Justin Arana, Larry Muyang, and Justine Baltazar.
