Behind the duo of Tacky Tacatac and Joylyn Pangilinan, University of Santo Tomas made it rain on Far Eastern University, taking an 83-49 win to notch their third straight win in the UAAP Season 85 Women’s Basketball Tournament, Wednesday at Quadricentennial Pavillion.
