Tropical storm Kristine forces NCAA to cancel Oct 23 games

Due to the approach of Tropical Storm Kristine, the National Collegiate Athletic Association of the Philippines has announced the cancellation of all scheduled basketball games for Wednesday, October 23, 2024.

The decision was confirmed by Hercules Callanta, the NCAA Season 100 Management Committee chairman, as a safety precaution in light of the inclement weather.

The affected Seniors Basketball match-ups are between Lyceum of the Philippines University and College of St. Benilde, as well as Emilio Aguinaldo College versus Jose Rizal University.

Rescheduling of these postponed games will be determined after further review and deliberation, with an official announcement to follow.
