Tropical Storm Kristine delays UAAP football matches, rescheduled for Oct 27

The University Athletic Association of the Philippines has announced the postponement of the games scheduled for Thursday, October 24, due to inclement weather brought on by Tropical Storm Kristine.

The Collegiate Men’s Football matches set for the day included a 4:00 PM face-off between University of the Philippines and De La Salle University, followed by a 6:30 PM clash between University of the East and Ateneo de Manila University at the UP Diliman Football Stadium.

These matches have been rescheduled for Sunday, October 27, at the same venue.

On Tuesday evening, the UAAP postponed the Collegiate Men’s and Junior High School Boys’ Basketball games, as well as the High School Boys’ Volleyball matches.

However, the rescheduled dates for these games have yet to be announced.

The UAAP will provide further updates as the situation develops.
