From the looks of it, Barangay Ginebra may go full-force in its clash with NLEX in Sunday’s opening salvo of the PBA season resumption.
In a Tweet by ONE Sports’ Carlo Pamintuan on Saturday, both LA Tenorio and Japeth Aguilar joined the Gin Kings’ practice at the Angeles University Foundation Sports and Cultural Center.
Both franchise cornerstone players were doubtful for the match, having entered the bubble just this week for various reasons.
Tenorio came in last Wednesday after undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy two weeks ago, casting doubts if he could keep his iron man streak alive.
Aguilar, on the other hand, underwent rehab for an old injury, according to reports. The 6-foot-9 forward arrived a day after Tenorio.
But with this recent development, it seems like both stars are good to go for Sunday’s match versus the Road Warriors.
Game is at 6:45 p.m.
