Sta. Lucia Lady Realtors join mounting list of players in helping Morado’s cause


The Sta. Lucia Lady Realtors have joined Jia Morado and beau Miguel de Guzman’s cause in helping out the country’s frontliners in the battle against the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Nine members of the PSL club — Mika Reyes, Pam Lastimosa, Bang Pineda, Djanel Cheng, Rubie de Leon, Amy Ahomiro, Marge Tejada, Royse Tubino, and Alex Bollier — have donated their jerseys to Every Little Thing Counts.

“Tough times like this shouldn’t make us turn each other away. It should serve as an opportunity to reach out, to give back, and to be kinder than usual,” the Lady Realtors said in a Facebook post.

The Sta. Lucia jerseys that have been put up for bidding are auctioned per item.

Each of the jersey’s starting bid is at 1,200 pesos, which will increase by increments of 100. The auction will close on April 3, Friday, at 12 noon.

This string of donations came after Morado, Ara Galang, and a quintet of Tigresses in Eya Laure, Imee Hernandez, Maji Mangulabnan, Det Pepito, and Janna Torres have all auctioned off their game-worn memorabilia for the fund-raising drive, which aims to provide the healthcare workforce with personal protective equipment (PPE).
