After eight months, Terrence Romeo is set to return to San Miguel.
The Beermen has notified the Philippine Basketball Association that they are elevating the former scoring champion from the injury/reserve list to their active roster.
Romeo will suit up for San Miguel when it faces Terrafirma on Wednesday.
Romeo missed the entirety of the Philippine Cup and San Miguel’s first nine games in the ongoing Commissioner’s Cup as he has been sidelined by a nagging back injury.
The last time Romeo played in a PBA game was back on March 18, 2022. He averaged 12.1 points, 3.9 assists, and 2.8 rebounds during the 2022-23 Governors’ Cup.
San Miguel is currently tied with Meralco for 7th-8th in the standings with a 4-5 record. It is just half-a-game ahead of Rain or Shine and TNT.
