REPORT: Jia Morado to play for Creamline in PVL

One of the best setters in this generation is set to make her return to the volleyball court

Former Ateneo de Manila University Lady Eagle Jia Morado has signed with the Creamline Cool Smashers, according to a report from Joey Villar of the The Philippine STAR.

Morado finished her undergraduate degree in Ateneo and was able to lead the Lady Eagles to the UAAP Season 79 Finals, where they lost to the De La Salle University.UAAP-79-F4-ADMU-vs.-FEU-Morado-2304 REPORT: Jia Morado to play for Creamline in PVL News PVL Volleyball - philippine sports news

After the Finals, the 22-year-old announced her decision to sit out the final year of her UAAP playing eligibility.

If plans push through, this will be her debut in club play.

Creamline debuted in the Reinforced Conference, finishing third in a tightly-contested tournament. Adding Morado gives their offense a dynamic flair to compliment the singular talent of skipper Alyssa Valdez.
