Rapidoot on issue with RSG: ‘Wala akong intensyon na magalit sila, kinwento ko lang’

Ralph “Rapidoot” Adrales cleared that he had no intentions to disrespect Dylan “Light” Catipon and the rest of RSG PH following his statements about his previous tryout with the team, Saturday.

Prior to ONIC PH’s first round clash against RSG PH, Rapidoot was asked by members of the press if what excites him the most about his upcoming clash against the reigning MPL Philippines champion.

He then went on to share his previous tryout with RSG PH back in Season Nine where he was actually one of the finalists to get the coveted spot in the roster. But Rapidoot also said that after much deliberation, he made the tough decision to skip the final phase as he wanted to stay and continue his journey with his Monster Anarchy teammates.

The statements, by the looks of it, did not sit well with Light as he clapped back at the ONIC PH skipper during the RSG PH-TNC post-game interview yesterday, Friday.

Then doon sa sinabi niya na siya dapat yun, actually may top five si coach Panda which is ako, si Perkz, si Owgwen, si Rapidoot, and may nalimutan akong isa pero lima kami tapos hindi sila pumunta so hindi ko na kasalanan yun,” Light told MPL PH host Mara Aquino.

“Saka may sinasabi siya na ano, gusto niya raw lima sila mag MPL all ONIC, so bakit siya nag-tryout in the first place kung gusto niyang lima silang (Monster Anarchy),” he added.

For Rapidoot’s part, he said that he was just simply sharing a personal story with the media and it was not his intention to offend Light. The ONIC PH skipper also shared his side about the tryouts last season.

Rapidoot, who considers Light as one of his idols, hopes that his clarifications can finally put an end to the issue.
