Rain or Shine sent 2015 17th overall draft pick Simon Enciso to the NLEX Road Warriors Friday in exchange for a future draft pick.

The deal sees the Elasto Painters receiving a 2018 second round pick from the Road Warriors while they get the services of Enciso.

Enciso suited up for the Cebuana Lhuillier Gems in the PBA D-League and is the fourth among aspirants to be picked by Rain or Shine.

The Elasto Painters got Maverick Ahanmisi, Josan Nimes, and Don Trollano before selecting Enciso at 17th overall.

Meanwhile, Brian Heruela has been shipped from the Barako Bull Energy to the San Miguel Beermen in exchange for third-string point guard Jeric Fortuna.

Heruela led the Blackwater Elite in his first season, norming at least 10-5-4 each game before being dealt to Barako Bull for Carlo Lastimosa earlier this year.

With the move, the Beermen’s point guard rotation just got deeper with Heruela joining Alex Cabagnot and Chris Ross.
