Cignal continued from where it left off, defeating Farm Fresh in four closely contested sets: 25-23, 23-25, 25-20, and 25-17, marking its second consecutive win in the Premier Volleyball League Second All-Filipino Conference. This victory took place on a Saturday at the Philsports Arena.
The HD Spikers, who had recently won a four-set match against Akari, faced a challenging match against the Foxies.
They managed to tie with the Chargers in the sixth spot, with a 3-2 win-loss record. Meanwhile, the Foxies remain winless with a 0-6 standing.

He said, “Of course happy, happy kami doon sa naging result but we know na ang dami pa naming kailangan trabahuhin.
“Ang dami pa naming kailangan i-workout talaga and good thing, na-overcome namin yung ganung challenges so tuluy-tuloy lang kami and mas magtatrabaho pa kami sa mga susunod naming games,” he added.
In the opening set, the HD Spikers fended off a late run led by Kate Santiago and Trisha Tubu to secure the win. However, the Foxies quickly bounced back, holding off a rally led by Vanie Gandler in the latter part of the second set to even the scores at 1-1.
Cignal then dominated the third set by establishing an early lead. In the fourth set, they found themselves trailing 11-13 midway. However, the HD Spikers staged a comeback.
They went on a massive 13-3 run led by Ces Molina, Riri Meneses, and Rose Doria, which brought them to match-point at 24-16.
Trisha Tubu kept her team afloat with a hit through the block, but Jerrili Malabanan secured the win with an off-the-block hit.
