Manila signs Paraiso, Bataller as guest players

Letran’s Brent Paraiso and Ira Bataller will get to shed off some rust with Manila.

The duo has signed with the Stars for the upcoming 2021 Chooks-to-Go Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League Invitational tournament, set to take place from December 11-23 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.

The two former University of Santo Tomas student-athletes transferred to Letran a year ago.

Paraiso and Bataller though will have to advance in the knockout playoffs if they want to meet Fran Yu and Pasig; Rhenz Abando and San Juan; or Aldin Ayo and Bicol in the tournament.

The Stars are grouped with Imus, Bulacan, Rizal, Mindoro, and GenSan.2019-Chooks-MPBL-Makati-vs-Manila-Lastimosa Manila signs Paraiso, Bataller as guest players Basketball MPBL News - philippine sports news
