The Lady Bulldogs and the Lady Tamaraws disposed of their respective NCAA foes with dominant wins on Sunday at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium.

“Siyempre, palagi kong iniisip na maglaro nang mas mahusay kaysa sa huling laro ko. Palagi kong tinatanong ang sarili ko kung paano ako makakabuti at makakatulong sa NU,” said reigning UAAP MVP Bella Belen, who poured in 18 points off 14 kills, three aces, and a kill block in the win.
“Pagkakataon ito na muling makalaban ang NU, dahil sa UAAP, nakarating kami sa semis bilang isa sa mga darkhorse teams,” said Gerzel Petallo, who scored 14 points built on nine attacks, four aces, and a block.
The best-of-three Finals begin on Monday.
Supporting Belen was Arah Panique with nine markers.
Erin Pangilinan had eight points while Vange Alinsug and Aishat Bello scored six each for the reigning UAAP champions, the Lady Bulldogs.
On the other hand, Faida Bakanke tallied 13 points while Jazlyn Ellarina and Alyzza Devosora added 10 and 11 markers, respectively.
