NLEX is beefing up for the 2026 PBA Commissioner’s Cup.
The Road Warriors announced on Monday that they have tapped 6-foot-10 Haitian Cady Lalanne as their import.
Lalanne, a product of the Division I program at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, was selected 55th overall by the San Antonio Spurs in the 2015 NBA Draft.
After a stint with Austin in the G League, he has played across the globe, including stops in Puerto Rico, China, Italy, Turkey, Spain, Korea, the Middle East, and Taiwan.
He has also made three appearances in the FIBA WASL Final 8—twice with Kuwait Club and most recently with C.S. Sagesse. In FIBA club competitions, Lalanne averaged 17.1 points and 9.8 rebounds per game.
Most recently, he was released by TPBL team Kaohsiung on January 8.
Last conference, NLEX finished as the eighth seed in the quarterfinals, bowing out to eventual champion San Miguel.
