NCAA to come back home to Filoil Flying V Centre

The National Collegiate Athletic Association of the Philippines is coming back home to the Filoil Flying V Centre.

Starting on April 29, the league will play its game at the San Juan venue, the league announced on Saturday.

The games scheduled on that day are University of Perpetual Help System DALTA taking on Emilio Aguinaldo College at 12NN followed by San Beda University taking on defending champion Colegio de San Juan de Letran at 3:00PM.

It won’t be a battle of unbeaten teams though. The Red Lions suffered a 68-54 loss to the Mapua Cardinals earlier in the day.

The post-season of Season 97 also will be played in San Juan.

On May 1, the first game will be the third and fourth-ranked teams facing off followed by a knockout game between ranks five and six.

On May 4, the loser of the battle for third seed will face the winner of the five versus six match.

The semifinals will begin on May 8 while if the series pushes to the limit, it will be played on May 11.

Games One and Two of the Finals will take place on May 15 and 22.

If the series goes to Game Three, the teams will play at the SM Mall of Asia Arena on May 29.
