With TNT and Terrafirma still in isolation in accordance with health and safety protocols, the PBA has postponed their games this week.
The Dyip were supposed to open Friday’s triple-header affair versus Rain or Shine but the slate has been reduced to a twin bill instead.
Other matches will go on as scheduled, though, with Ginebra taking on Blackwater at 3:00 p.m. and with San Miguel battling NLEX at 6:00 p.m.
The Tropang Giga, on the other hand, were set to lock horns with sister team Meralco on Saturday to open a double-header serving.
The Bolts, instead, will face Elasto Painters in the 2:00 p.m. salvo in a battle of early Philippine Cup leaders as they carry similar 2-0 records.
Changes in schedule came after the league announced on Tuesday that four TNT players are suspected to have contracted the virus.
Terrafirma has also been placed in isolation since it was the Tropa’s opponent in its season opener last Saturday, July 17.
The unidentified players are set to be retested. As to when will their postpone games be played has yet to be determined by the league.
