Mark Magsayo scores 15th career KO win on PBC: Ennis vs Lipinets undercard

Mark Magsayo opened the new chapter of his young career with an impressive fourth round knockout win against Pablo Cruz during the undercard of Premier Boxing Champions: Ennis vs Lepinets, Sunday morning (Manila time) at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut.

Magsayo, 25, remained undefeated in 22 bouts while racking up his 15th career stoppage win.

And this one was a breeze for Freddie Roach’s latest product.

After getting a feel of Cruz to open the first three minutes of the contest, Magsayo stunned Cruz with a quick straight for a knockdown in the second stanza.

Despite knowing that he is miles above his opponent, Magsayo remained patient as he peppered Cruz in the third canto.

Seeing a weakened Cruz in the fourth round, Magsayo popped a right straight just 48 seconds in. John Callas waved the fight off afterward.

Cruz dropped to 21-4.
