Lions Nation MMA taps Iron Bunny as team’s official outfitter

Lions Nation MMA has partnered with a local lifestyle brand, Iron Bunny Philippines, to become the official outfitter for its inaugural campaign in ONE Championship.

When the team made its formal introduction back in June, its founders had a clear vision of taking the group in a new and unique direction.

One of which was departing from the red color scheme that fans had grown accustomed to, opting for the regal combination of black and gold to represent the La Trinidad, Benguet-based stable’s identity.

Now, Iron Bunny will be responsible for adorning its members in these iconic colors on the sport’s grand stage.

Since its establishment in 2015, Iron Bunny has rightfully earned its reputation as a respected apparel within the Philippine MMA community.

Ricky Enriquez, the company’s co-founder and the driving force behind its operations in the country, has backed several notable names in the industry, as well as a bevy of up-and-coming talents.

On the other side of the globe, Iron Bunny has gained a foothold in Sacramento, California through Enriquez’s partner Vir Moore Moranta.

Moranta’s efforts led to collaborations with renowned athletes, including former UFC bantamweight champion Cody Garbrandt.

In a groundbreaking collaboration, Iron Bunny has added Lions Nation MMA to its growing catalog of prominent endorsers.

Enriquez expressed his delight over this partnership, seeing it as a significant milestone for Iron Bunny.

“It is truly a dream come true to collaborate with the biggest names in Philippine MMA, and we are immensely grateful to Lions Nation MMA for entrusting our brand with this opportunity,” he said.

“We promise to continue our unwavering support for Philippine MMA and its dedicated stakeholders, both at the local level and on the global stage.”

Meanwhile, Eduard Folayang envisions a promising future with the support of Iron Bunny.

I’m truly excited about this partnership and the opportunities it will bring,” Folayang stated.

“Their commitment to Philippine MMA is commendable, and I believe that this collaboration marks the beginning of a promising journey together.”

Iron Bunny will be crafting the uniforms for not just Folayang but also other Lions Nation MMA luminaries like Joshua Pacio and Jenelyn Olsim in their upcoming matches under the ONE Championship banner.

Olsim will shoulder the task of setting the tone for the premier camp as she is booked to go head-to-head with Malaysia’s Jihin Radzuan in a three-round atomweight encounter at ONE Friday Fights 35 on September 29.

Following her lead, Folayang is set to take on Singapore’s Amir Khan at ONE Fight Night 14 on September 30 in a rematch of their November 2018 clash for the vacant lightweight championship.

Lastly, Pacio is penciled to duke it out against Russia’s Mansur Malachiev in a pivotal strawweight bout at ONE Fight Night 15 on October 7.

Both Pacio and Olsim are excited to step inside the ring, donning the attire tailored by Iron Bunny.

“Wearing the new uniform, adorned in the team’s official colors of black and gold, fills me with excitement and pride. I can’t wait for the entire world to see it,” Pacio mentioned.

“I believe that what we wear in the ring is an extension of who we are as athletes, and Iron Bunny Philippines has captured that essence flawlessly,” Olsim added.
