Lastimosa, Quiambao, Winston listed as Gilas reserves for Window 6

They may not have had a chance to crack the Gilas Pilipinas lineup that is looking to avenge their Window 4 loss to Lebanon but they are still in the running.

The trio of Jerom Lastimosa, Kevin Quiambao, and Deschon Winston are still in the running to make it to the Philippine team that will face Jordan on Monday at the Philippine Arena in Bocaue, Bulacan.

The three were named as players 13, 14, and 15 or the reserves of Gilas for this window.

Out of the three, Quiambao, who stands at 6-foot-6, already had Gilas experience, playing in the FIBA Asia Cup and three games in the World Cup Qualifiers.

Both Lastimosa and Winston are waiting for their Gilas debuts.

The three are still with Gilas in their lodging for the window at Solaire Hotel. They are also still training with the team.

The trio can be called up to replace Justin Brownlee, Mason Amos, June Mar Fajardo, Jordan Heading, Scottie Thompson, CJ Perez, Dwight Ramos, Kiefer Ravena, Thirdy Ravena, Bobby Ray Parks Jr., Calvin Oftana, and Jamie Malonzo for the last game of the Qualifiers.

By Monday, Jordan can either be in a must-win situation if it loses to India and Saudi Arabia beats New Zealand or will already be in the World Cup proper.

Jordan only brought an exact 12 players for the window, namely Dar Tucker, Amir Abu Hawwas, Ahmad Al Dwairi, Zaid Abbas, Ahmad Alhamarsheh, Mohammad Hussein, Freddy Ibarahim, Sami Bzai, Hashem Abbaas, Caden Alnajdawi, Ashraf Alhendi, and the debuting Fadi Nader George Qarmash.
