Elvano tallied 12 points, three rebounds, and two assists, helping the Promy rise to 13-20 for eighth.
Kang Sangjae led Wonju DB with 22 points on three triples while Dewan Hernandez added 14 points and eight rebounds.
The Thunders, who are still waiting for the arrival of Justine Baltazar, remained at the cellar with a 10-24 slate.
Darral Willis led the Thunders with 26 points and six boards while Lee Junghyun added 14 points.
Dave Ildefonso and Suwon KT could not get the win over at Suwon KT Arena, falling 73-76 to Seoul SK.
Ildefonso played 24 minutes but only five points on 2-of-4 shooting from the field.
The Sonicboom fell to 14-18 for seventh.
Jameel Warney led the Knights with 26 points while Kim Sunhyung added 16 markers. Seoul SK went up to 18-14 for fourth.
Jarrod Jones and Ha Yoongi paced Suwon KT with 26 and 20 points, respectively.
Rhenz Abando, meanwhile, was out for Anyang KGC during its 65-85 loss to Goyang Carrot at Goyang Gymnasium.
Anyang KGC remained on top of the standings with a 23-10 slate. On the other hand, the Jumpers rose to fifth with an 18-15 record.
