Katherine Bell returns, joins Chery Tiggo for PVL Reinforced Conference

Katherine Bell, the renowned 6-foot-2 American spiker, will join Chery Tiggo as its import for the upcoming 2024 Premier Volleyball League (PVL) Reinforced Conference.

Bell, a prolific spiker with a wealth of international experience, expressed her enthusiasm about her return.

“I’m so excited to announce that I’m finally playing back in the Philippines for Chery Tiggo! I’ve been looking forward to coming back to Manila for a very long time now, about four years since COVID, and I cannot be more excited and happy to be back here for the fans, playing for Chery,” she exclaimed.

At 31, Bell brings a distinguished resume to the Crossovers.

She previously played for Petron in the now-defunct Philippine Superliga from 2018 to 2020, where she earned the Best Outside Spiker award during the 2019 PSL Grand Prix.

Her contributions were instrumental in leading the Blaze Spikers to victory in the 2018 and 2019 editions of the Grand Prix.

Bell’s career has since taken her around the globe, showcasing her talents in Turkey, Korea, and most recently, the United States, where she played for the Pro Volleyball Federation team Vegas Thrill.

Reflecting on her return to the Philippines, Bell emphasized her commitment to excellence.

Chery Tiggo finished in fourth place during the 2024 PVL All-Filipinno Conference.
