Kai Sotto set for Adelaide debut

Kai Sotto looks finally set to suit up for Adelaide when it takes on Cairns on Saturday in the 2021-22 National Basketball League season.

Sotto missed the first four games of the 36ers due to a sore knee.

Remaining out is Sunday Dech, as Nick Marshall remains on the active roster.

Adelaide is coming off a 98-85 win over New Zealand last Sunday.

Dusty Hannahs led the 36ers in the contest with 25 points built on four treys.

Daniel Johnson put up another 22 points with Todd Withers contributing 16 points and four rebounds. Meanwhile, Cam Bairstow added 15 points, 10 boards, four steals, and three assists.

The 36ers are an even 2-2 in the standings.
