June Mar Fajardo raises P237K for charity after PH Cup

Just three months into his donation drive, June Mar Fajardo has already raised a lot of money for the donation drive he has put up prior to the start of PBA Season 47.

After the PBA Philippine Cup, the gentle giant from Cebu raised a total of P237,300.

Prior to the season, the nine-time PBA champion pledged to donate P250 for every point he scored, P1,000 for every three-pointer converted and rebound grabbed, and P100,000 if he leads San Miguel to the Finals.

He scored a total of 487 points, grabbed 369 rebounds, and knocked down three triples in 26 games played this conference.

For sure, the totals will only go up as there is still the Commissioner’s Cup and the Governors’ Cup on deck for the season.

Fajardo started the drive as a tribute to his late mom Marites.

The PBA, for its part, will help him determine the beneficiary of his drive.

The second game of each PBA gameday is live-streamed on SMART Sports.
