Clarkson has been in the country since Friday as he is set to suit up for Gilas in the 2023 FIBA World Cup Asian Qualifiers’ fourth window.

The Utah Jazz guard and Gilas will fly to Beirut to take on the Cedars on Wednesday before hosting Saudi Arabia in Pasay City next Monday.

This is the second Philippine game attended live by Clarkson.

Back in 2016, Clarkson was on hand to watch bitter rivals Ateneo and La Salle in the Filoil Preseason Cup.

On Monday, the Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas will announce the 11 players that will join Clarkson in Beirut in a special edition of the Philippine Sportswriters Association Forum.

The second game of each PBA gameday is live-streamed on SMART Sports.
