Jericho Cruz is set to finish the rest of the 2021-22 PBA Governors’ Cup with a new team.
Cruz has signed a three-year deal with San Miguel, Tuesday at the San Miguel headquarters in Pasig.
The ninth overall pick in the 2014 PBA Draft became an unrestricted free agent after his contract with NLEX expired last night.
In his last game with the Road Warriors last Friday, Cruz posted numbers of 13 pts on 6-of-11 shooting with six rebs, two steals, and an assist.
In San Miguel, he reunites with Leo Austria, his former head coach in Adamson.
Cruz also gets to reunite with Rodney Brondial, who signed with San Miguel last January.
Cruz will make his San Miguel debut on Thursday against Rain or Shine.
