Gutang, Gozum join Nueva Ecija as guest players

Crack will be Nueva Ecija’s lineup in the 2021 Chooks-to-Go Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League Invitational Tournament which begins on December 11.

Besides signing Marc Pingris and PJ Simon, team consultant Charles Tiu also brought in three of his wards in College of Saint Benilde.

Justin Gutang, Kendrix Belgica, and Will Gozum will apply for special guest licenses to play for the Rice Vanguards in the regional pro league.

Also signed a couple of Basilan players in Chooks-to-Go VisMin Super Cup Finals MVP Michael Mabulac, Bobby Balucanag, and Chris Bitoon.

Another newcomer to the team is former Blackwater guard Diego Dario.

Completing the squad are Ael Banal, Renz Palma, JP Sarao, and Byron Villarias.

Nueva Ecija is slotted with San Juan, Sarangani, Val City, and Muntinlupa in Pool C.
