In the first game, Tropang TNT captured a semi-finals berth as well, after edging San Miguel, 11-8.

San Miguel gave TNT a chance early on, as free throws and a two-pointer by Denyse Jimenez gave the squad an 8-7 lead.

But Karen Salapong answered with a two, before Sarah Mercado sealed the game with two more points in the end, 11-8.
