Galanza, Lazaro lead new set of jerseys auctioned by Morado’s fundraiser

Support continues to come the way of Jia Morado and beau Miguel de Guzman’s fundraising drive, Every Little Thing Counts, which aims to equip frontliners with personal protective equipment in the battle against coronavirus (COVID-19).

The recent pool of athletes who have joined Every Little Thing Counts’ drive includes Jema Galanza, Denden Lazaro, Des Cheng, Mich Morente, Jeanette Panaga, Kyla Atienza, and Pau Soriano.

Creamline hitters Galanza and Soriano, as well as Petro Gazz stalwart Panaga, have auctioned off their respective club team jerseys.

Meanwhile, Cheng, Morente, and Atienza have donated their La Salle, Ateneo, and FEU memorabilia, respectively.

Lazaro, for her part, has put up her Philippine women’s national volleyball team uniform for bidding.

In addition, Ara Galang has auctioned off another one of her game-worn memorabilia, this time her F2 Logistics jersey.

Each jersey has a starting bid of 1,200 pesos. The auction will close on April 10 at 12 noon.

There are now over twenty benefactors ever since the said campaign started.

Taking cues from Morado’s initiative, Galang, Eya Laure, Imee Hernandez, and Mika Reyes, among many others, have followed suit.

And as of March 31, 2020, the drive has already collected a total amount of PHP 349,170.29.

Another day has passed & we‘re grateful for all the help we’ve received for this cause. Tomorrow‘s another day filled…
