Gab Dagangon catches fire vs Parañaque, as Basilan locks MPBL South third seed

Basilan-Jumbo Plastic ended its elimination round campaign on a rousing note, handing Parañaque-Yabo Sports an 18-point beating, 89-71, in the 2019-20 Chooks-to-Go/MPBL Lakan Season at the Marikina Sports Center, Friday.

Gab Dagangon fired 26 points on 10-of-20 shooting from the field, along with five rebounds and two assists, to help the Steel lock up the third seed in the Southern Division with a 20-10 standing.

Already up by 10 points in the final frame, Japs Bautista instigated a 12-1 blast to take an 89-68 advantage with 22 seconds left, completely slamming the doors shut for the Patriots.
