Erica Staunton to bolster Creamline in PVL Reinforced Conference

Creamline has tapped an American import for the upcoming 2024 Premier Volleyball League Reinforced Conference.

Six-foot-one spiker Erica Staunton will be the Cool Smashers’ reinforcement, the team announced on Thursday.

Staunton, 24, spent the first four years of her collegiate career with Northeastern University before taking her master’s at the University of Georgia.

During her collegiate run, she was part of the 1,000 Kill Club at Northeastern and was a two-time All-CAA team member.

She went on to play for Finnish club Oriveden Ponnistus during her first year as a pro.

Staunton is the first American import for the Cool Smashers since Laura Schaudt in 2018.

Creamline placed third during the 2022 Reinforced Conference.
