Carlos, Motolite wriggle past Chef’s Classics as Pablo returns


Tots Carlos refused to let Chef’s Classics spoil the return of Myla Pablo, orchestrating Motolite’s straight-set escape act against the win-hungry Lady Red Spikers, 25-19, 25-23, 25-22, in the 2019 PVL Open Conference, Wednesday at the FilOil Flying V Centre.

Carlos erupted for 26 points built on 23 attacks, a pair of kill blocks and a block to power Motolite to 7-3.

Motolite shall next face the BanKo Perlas Spikers; meanwhile, Chef’s Classics seeks to breakthrough against the Bali Pure Purest Water Defenders. Both matches are slated on Saturday, September 28, at the same venue.
